Return Policy

Acceptable Reasons for Return

  • Product is damaged or defective.

  • Product is not what you ordered.

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

  • You ordered the wrong product.
Conditions for Returns

  • Within 30 days of purchase.

  • You must contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.

  • Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.

  • Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued
Amounts of Refund

  • 100% of price & shipping = Damaged, defective, or miss-sent items.

  • 70% of price = Wrong product was ordered or no longer want or need the product.

  • 70% of price or less = Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return.

  • 0% of price = Item was purchased more than 60 days prior to notice, or item received by Nycon, Inc. more than 15 days after RMA was issued.
Additional Information

All products that are received by you from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not returned within 15 days of receiving the return label, you will be charged for the un-returned product without notice. Custom made orders are final sales unless previously arranged with Nycon, Inc.

Return Procedures

To return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including fully resalable condition (except for defective product).

  2. Call us at 800.456.9266, email us at nycon@nycon.com or complete the online RMA Request Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA:

    • Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package)

    • Item Number (found on the invoice included in package)

    • Reason for return

    • Your name and contact information, including daytime phone or cell phone number in case we need to contact you about your return.


  3. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. All RMA packages should be sent to the address provided to you with the RMA number.

  5. Return the merchandise, insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of receiving RMA. For damaged and defective products we will send you a return label for you to return the product at no extra cost to you. Products returned, but not received by Nycon, Inc. are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a track-able, and insured shipping method for your own protection.

Credits

Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. See above (Return Policy) for details about refund amounts.
