Procon-F are macro fibrillated Polypropylene fibers for use in creating fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC). The primary benefits of Procon-F are shrinkage and thermal crack control.
Meets the requirements of ASTM C-1116, Section 4.1.3 and AC-32 at 1.5 lb (0.68 kg) per CY.

ProCon-F can be added directly to the mixing system after the batching of the ingredients and mixed at high speed for a minimum of three minutes. The addition of ProCon-F at the normal recommended dosage rate of 1.5 lb/cy does not require any mix design or application changes. A water reducer or super-plasticizer is recommended in concrete products where improved workability and finishability are desired.
