Return Policy
We make every effort to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products.
Acceptable Reasons for Return:
Product is damaged or defective.
Product is not what you ordered.
You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
You ordered the wrong product.
Conditions for Returns
Within 30 days of purchase.
You must call us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.
Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued,
Amounts of Refund
100% of price & shipping = Damaged, defective, or miss-sent items.
70% of price = Wrong product was ordered or no longer want or need the product.
70% of price or less = Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return
0% of price = Item was purchased more than 60 days prior to notice, or item received by Nycon Corporation more than 15 days after RMA was issued.
Additional Information:
All products that are received by you from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not returned within 15 days of receiving the return label, you will be charged for the un-returned product without notice. Custom made orders are final sales unless previously arranged with Nycon Corporation.
RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
1. Call us at 1-800-456-9266 or 1-215-310-2139 or email us at sales@nycon.com Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA:
-Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package)
-Reason for return
-Your name and contact information, including daytime phone or cell phone number in case we need to contact you about your return.
2. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including fully resalable condition (except for defective product).
3. Return the merchandise, insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of receiving RMA. For damaged and defective products we will send you a return label for you to return the product at no extra cost to you. Products returned, but not received by Nycon, Inc. are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a track-able, and insured shipping method for your own protection.
4. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. All RMA packages should be sent to the address provided to you with the RMA number.
CREDITS
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. See above (Return Policy) for details about refund amounts.
PAYMENT
Payment in advance by PayPal, Personal or Business Check, Money Order, or with approved credit (completion of a credit application required with Bank and Trade References). Credit Card orders are accepted for VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®.
