XL-200 are macro fibrillated Polypropylene fibers for use in creating fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC). The primary benefits of XL-200 are shrinkage crack and thermal crack control as well as increased tensile and flexural strength enough to replace welded wire mesh.
Meets the requirements of ASTM C-1116, Section 4.1.3 and ASTM C-1399.

XL-200 can be added directly to the mixing system during or after the batching of the ingredients and mixed at high speed for a minimum of five minutes. Additional mixing does not adversely affect the distribution or overall performance of XL-200. The addition of XL-200 at the normal recommended dosage rate (3-10 lb/cy) does not require any mix design or application changes. A water reducer or super-plasticizer is recommended in concrete products where improved workability and finishability are desired.
