AR-S is glass spool roving for use in creating fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC). AR-S is typically used in GFRC Chopper guns and Cementex trucks for fiber-on-demand applications.
Meets the requirements of ASTM C-1116, Section 4.1.3 and AC-32 at 1lb (0.45 kg) per CY.

AR-S by Nycon can be chopped as needed and added directly to the dry or wet mixing system during or after the batching of the ingredients. The addition of chopped AR-S at the normal recommended dosage rate does not require any mix design or application changes. A water reducer or super-plasticizer is recommended in concrete products where improved workability and finishability are desired.
